Signing Up

Why is there only a subscription?

Holy Grail is available as a subscription because sourcing food this good takes a lot of planning. We support family farms and believe in keeping the integrity of the land. To prevent waste, we only source enough food for our subscribers. The subscription guarantees your spot.

Do I need an account to subscribe?

There’s no need for an account to subscribe. But we encourage you to create an account once you do.

How do I access my account once I subscribe?

Once you enroll in the subscription, click here to create an account and use the email you used for your subscription. You’ll receive an email to activate your account.

Do you offer samples?

Sorry, no samples. Because of our rigorous process for sourcing and production, our products are made in limited batches.

Do you have a trial?

We don’t do trials, but if you would like to subscribe and then cancel before the second month, you’re more than welcome to do so.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 United States.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we do not ship internationally. We hope to share Plant for the People with the rest of the world as soon as we are able. Join the waitlist below to be informed when our products become available in your country.

Account Information

How do I access my account once I subscribe?

Once you enroll in the subscription, click here to create an account and use the email you used for your subscription. You’ll receive an email to activate your account.

Can I change the email address on my account?

Of course. Send us an email at support@plantftp.com with the new email you would like to use and we’ll take care of it for you.

I forgot my password!

Go to Account Login and click “Forgot Password”. Enter the email associated with the account and we’ll send an email to reset your password.

Manage my subscription

How does my subscription work?

Your initial subscription is for one bag that generally lasts for two weeks. If you would like to change your quantity for future orders, simply log into your account and under “Manage Subscription”, click “Edit”, then click “Change Product Quantity” to change your quantity for the next subscription cycle.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Of course! Log into your account here, then click “Manage Subscription” in order to cancel.

How do I resume my subscription?

You can also resume your subscription by logging into your account here, then click “Manage Subscription” and look under in order to resume.

Can I skip a month if I need to take a break?

Absolutely! Log into your account, click “Manage Subscription” and under “Delivery Schedule” you can choose what upcoming months you would like to skip.

Can I change the quantity in my subscription?

Absolutely! Log into your account, click “Manage Subscription” and under your subscription click “Edit” to change your quantity for the next subscription cycle.

When will I receive my order each month?

Orders are set to be delivered every 30 days starting from your first delivery.

Can I just order one month's worth and not be subscribed?

Currently we’re only offering a subscription, but you can log into your account to cancel your subscription on upcoming orders or email us at support@plantftp.com.

Can I update my shipping address?

Yes you can. Log into your account and click “Edit” next to the address above your subscription to change your shipping address.

My billing and shipping addresses are different, is that okay?

Perfectly okay.

Shipping details

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

First time orders ship out 3-5 business days after order has been placed if not sooner. Renewed orders go out every 30 days on the billing date.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Unfortunately at this time we don’t offer expedited shipping, but plan on it in the future.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is on us!

Billing

When will I be billed?

You can always see your next billing date by logging into your account and looking under “Delivery Schedule.” You’ll see a list of all your next billing dates there.

Your charge dates are also the same days your new orders are shipped out.

Will I be billed on the same day each month?

Since our subscription is based on a 30-day renewal cycle, your payment will be charged every 30 days. Each month you’ll receive an email 3 days before your next order is charged, so you won’t be charged without a heads up.

How do I update my billing information?

Pretty simple! Log into your account, click “Manage Subscription” and then click “Edit” next to your shipping address. Scroll down to the bottom to update your billing address.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay on Safari.

Tracking

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. As soon as we ship out your order, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number.

My tracking hasn't updated, what's happening?

Tracking can take up to 72 hours to update once an order has been shipped. If you notice that your tracking hasn’t updated with 72 hours, reach out to us at support@plantftp.com and we’ll take a look into the issue.

Cancels & Returns

How can I cancel an order?

Do to how closely integrated order processing is into the subscription we cannot edit an order once it has been placed. However, you can skip upcoming orders or cancel your subscription entirely.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account, click “Manage Subscription” and canceling your subscription on the dashboard.

What is your return policy?

Due to the limited batch production and sourcing standards, we do not have a return policy. Should you have any product that you no longer want, we hope you can give it to someone who you know would benefit from Holy Grail.
